I am writing truthfully on the slime… I am writing truthfully on the slime products I bought and am not a happy camper…. First it’s the “Deluxe Tire Tackle 13 piece “ bike tire repair & inflation kit …. I repaired my flat tires, I have five bikes …. with your products/ patches… the self adhesive ones that are in your repair kit…… Air them up and I alright … I can go riding in the morning…. Nope I go out the next morning and all of them are flat again….. so I went back to the store and bought another Slime Tire Tackle 33 piece ….. used them patches for my flat tires and Again same difference the self patches do not stick to the tube ….. so I’m pissed at this product that I’ve purchased from your guys and all I want for you to do is reimburse me for this repair kits that did not work for me …… I’m just being truthful with my review

Great Customer Service I bought an inflator last year but blew the fuse immediately and that size and amperage was difficult for me to locate so an email to Slime Central was returned by Karen H. She kindly mailed some fuses to me, no problem. Then when I pulled out the unit to insert a fresh fuse, I found that the inline gauge had separated from the hose which made the unit unserviceable. Another message to Karen H. and problem fixed 👍 Thanks Karen

Received flat tire repair kit (analog #… Received flat tire repair kit (analog # 50122) as a gift. Numerous times used kit to fill car and bicycle tires that were slowly losing air and deflated from unexpected events. Customer rep Laura Gonzalez was very helpful after contacting company regarding problem with product. Although I have never purchased a product from slime this experience truly reflects how companies should do business. If I am ever in need of a slime product you have earned a customer for life.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. When I had trouble with my new inflator, I asked for assistance in figuring out what was wrong. Rather than trying to help with an unrecognizable problem, the company has sent a replacement at no charge. I’m very impressed and am now a life- long loyal customer! Thank you
