Great communication and available parts I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

Ordering and paying for the product on… Ordering and paying for the product on aug. 20 before it was shipped did have set backs since we didn't receive the product untill Oct. 15. During the first part of the order we did received information about order and delay, however after we did have to request updated info on order and info was fast relayed back. Once shipped it all came together. After recieveing and assembling the napoleon bbq is a will built and cooking product.

I would use Grill Collection again! All was great as I needed the grill and doors/drawers in a timely manner. My only concern was the delivery. I kept getting bad or no information on when the delivery would be made. Fortunately after communicating with both shippers, the items came on the day before I left for out-of-town.

Good Price - Very Poor Communication The company charged a fair price and the grill was shipped and arrived error free. However, there communication was erratic, spotty, and at times incorrect. For example, they never notified me when the grill shipped. I only found out after repeated calls. They were able to tell me the name of the shipping company, but had no telephone number and the tracking number I received was inco0rect. I was told the grill would ship form Arizona where I live, but it was shipped form Illinois, adding to the long length of time between purchase and delivery.

Grill Collection is a black hole Grill Collection is a black hole. They appear to be legit but they took my order and sat on it. While having an email saying it was ready to be shipped, nothing happened, except getting endless marketing emails. Finally sent a message canceling the order--no response. Ordered the same item from a different vendor and it it already on its way with UPS tracking. Would avoid this vendor.
