Great Customer Service! Fedex lost my order. I've never had anything like this happen before and didn't know what to do. I called Express Flag's customer service number and the representative Crystal was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional when I reported the problem. I was told they would look into the situation and get back to me. I was contacted later that same day and was told a replacement order was being shipped out. To my surprise and relief it arrived the very next day. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Surprisingly good service My order arrived very quickly, as promised. The flags are of good quality, and were what I was hoping. Worth noting, that I had a question after receiving my order, and, so, emailed Express Flags. They researched their inventory and replied to me the same day. That kind of service can't be beat.

The shipment arrived 3 days after the… The shipment arrived 3 days after the initial email said they would arrive then once I got them and opened the flags they are not double sided they are see through design when I asked if they were I was told yes see through is not double sided if knew that I would bought them on eBay for 1/2 the price as yours!
