GBGreat Customer Service! Fedex lost my order. I've never had anything like this happen before and didn't know what to do. I called Express Flag's customer service number and the representative Crystal was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional when I reported the problem. I was told they would look into the situation and get back to me. I was contacted later that same day and was told a replacement order was being shipped out. To my surprise and relief it arrived the very next day. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

GBdid purchase online but had to call rep… did purchase online but had to call rep about sales tax exemption. wasn't able to enter code but rep credited amount back immediately after transaction. just waiting on delivery. quick pick up on phone call to company.

GBQuality flag, well packaged and delivered ahead of time! Vey happy with delivery and quality of flag. It was a NATO flag to show my support for the 20,000 American troops in Europe protecting the homeland from communism. Unfortunately it is also predominantly blue and the verbal abuse from those who interpreted it as a Democratic party flag began within 5 minutes of me hanging it and continued well into the evening. The NATO symbol is not clearly visible unless the flag is flying in the wind. Sadly I had to remove it for the sake of my kids and now a not inexpensive good quality flag now languishes in my garage. Not the fault of Express Flags they delivered a fine quality item well packaged and on time. Thank you!
