After I bought the unit I noticed that one of the big box stores had the same unit for a few hundred dollars less. When I contacted Wood Splitter Outlet, they looked at the advertised price and more or less gave me a refund for the difference from what I paid. They did the same when I noticed the replacement blades on sale from yet another company. They stand by their prices and are very responsive. Also, the chipper arrived in only a few weeks after I ordered it. I would definitely buy from them again as their customer service is top notch! John

Had a great experience Ryan worked with me to answer my questions and processed my order immediately. I purchased the Powerking 34 ton splitter. Due to no fault of Ryan's the splitter does not come with assembly instructions. You better be able to figure out the small parts diagram to figure out how to put it together. The manufacturer has a video on YouTube showing the assembly of their 42 ton which is much simpler than the 34 ton. It is astonishing a piece of equipment like this has no assembly instructions. I was also missing nuts, bolts and washers. Once I got it assembled it is a beast and I'm really happy I bought the kinetic. It's a shame the manufacturer either lacks the pride of their equipment or just doesn't care about their customers. This rant is totally directed a Powerking. Ryan is awesome.

Great Wood Splitter I purchased the Boss 25 ton wood splitter. I ordered the bundle, which included the cover and the 4-way wedge. Wood Splitter Outlet had the bundle for a great price, which included free shipping and lift gate service that most others don't include. I have no complaints with Wood Splitter Outlet or the quality and function of the splitter. The splitter arrived in a crate, but did not include an owner's manual or assembly instructions. I was able to find both on the Boss website, which also had a link to a very helpful assembly video. After assembly I had difficulty trying to find out how much hydraulic oil to put into the reservoir, but determined it to be around 6-7 gallons. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend both the splitter and Wood Splitter Outlet.
