Ryan did and awesome job Ryan did and awesome job. The PowerKing 9.5hp chipper came in well packaged and undamaged. The chipper is the real deal. I have chipped everything from twigs to 4" and better with this unit. I wanted a pull start and didn't want to try to pull start a 14hp. I have no battery to deal with and it gets the job done. Great machine, great sales company!

The service from WSO was five star… The service from WSO was five star excellent but the issue we had with the oil seal was the engine manufacturers issue. I elected to not press the issue any further as our repair was satisfactory and I have too much on my plate now but the machine works fantastic and performs exactly as described.

Not really much to say. Not really much to say. This company was great to work with. I needed financing and they help me with that. When I was having a little trouble with the finance company they took the horse by the reins and help me get that straighten out. The product arrived in great shape and within the time frame I was quoted. Once fully assembled I put it to the test running some dried cedar through her and she worked like a charm. If I have a need for any of their other equipment I will be ringing their doorbell. Great company to deal with.

just very poor experience all they way around Not the greatest experience. Was shipped later than expected . So waited an extra week . Then when it finally arrived was missing a vital hose for operation. Then instead of overnighting the hose I waited another week. And It was shipped with hydro fluid in hoses that when uncrated leaked all over my pavers on driveway.. and the kicker is I thought I was buying a splitter with an 8 hp engine and showed up with 7hp So basically poor experience all the way around...Ryan was somewhat helpful but I as the customer was the one calling to figure what was going on.. poor way to run a business . If I ran my restaurant how they conduct business I would not have stayed in business very long...such an ordeal I haven't even used it yet just because of the long drawn out bad experience all the way around...

They were great to deal with in every… They were great to deal with in every respect. After I bought the unit I noticed that one of the big box stores had the same unit for a few hundred dollars less. When I contacted Wood Splitter Outlet, they looked at the advertised price and more or less gave me a refund for the difference from what I paid. They did the same when I noticed the replacement blades on sale from yet another company. They stand by their prices and are very responsive. Also, the chipper arrived in only a few weeks after I ordered it. I would definitely buy from them again as their customer service is top notch! John
