Excellent product, service and price. We ordered our new log splitter from Wood Splitter Outlet as they had the best price with free shipping and lift gate delivery. We are very happy with their excellent customer service--Ryan is very helpful and is great with follow through (thank you so much Ryan). We love our new splitter!! Received it last week and we have already split a couple cords of wood. It does an excellent job and exceeded our expectations!

After I bought the unit I noticed that one of the big box stores had the same unit for a few hundred dollars less. When I contacted Wood Splitter Outlet, they looked at the advertised price and more or less gave me a refund for the difference from what I paid. They did the same when I noticed the replacement blades on sale from yet another company. They stand by their prices and are very responsive. Also, the chipper arrived in only a few weeks after I ordered it. I would definitely buy from them again as their customer service is top notch! John
