GBSimply the best! After shopping around with all of the spa companies we were so happy to find Arctic Spas. Christian Staples is very knowledgeable and never did we feel any pressure. He addressed all of our concerns and needs. He gained our trust and we couldn't be happier with our spa. During set up, Brett took his time and helped us understand the workings of our spa taking away the fear we had. The follow up and availability to answer our questions is such a value. I fee like we became part of the Arctic Spa family! Thanks, Christian & Brett for all of your support.

GBGreat tub! We bought our Spa at the Utah State fair. We were promised free tickets to get in with a phone call but no answer,Not wanting to wait we pais and went in. Looked at all the Spas and Artic offered no pressure information on there tub. The factory rep gave us all the info and assured us if we wanted to make the purchase we could get the Fair price. We went home and slept on it and decided to make the purchase. The Spa was delivered no hassles and the tech that set it up was very helpful and did a great job. we are very pleased with the Spa. Our only complaint was a lack of follow up calls on delivery time and slow responce when calling to get delivery time. Felt like we were forgotten. Other than that a great experience

GBI believe this spa by artic spas is the best design and we looked everywhere for a good salt water system Their we're a few glitches in our information about the installation timing but after that was worked out all went very well. It's a great spa and the people at artic spa were very good . Very happy with the company

GBLove the spa, not the communication I did my research, so I know Arctic Spas are one of the best. We went down to Salt Lake City to look at an Ocean and ended up purchasing one about 5 months after that visit. Communication was great all the way up to finding out when the spa was ready and when the delivery was going to happen. It seems like our sales person dropped off the Earth and I had to call into the shop. Day of delivery.....got a phone call from our salesperson apologizing for a mix up and it was actually coming the next day. Next day.....no confirmation call for delivery so I called the shop. I was told the spa would be here NLT 6pm. Delivery guys showed up at 8:30pm and said they were an independent company. OK.....customer service is very easy. Communicate! It seems there is a disconnect between the store and the delivery people and us customers are paying the price. Next day installation: Our tech showed up on time, was VERY helpful, and polite. He set the spa up, had us up and running on the internet, answered questions and I LOVE my spa.

GBGo Get a Arctic Spa you won’t regret it! Arctic spas makes a Very easy to maintain Spa and we just got ours delivered on time setup was fast everything was explained to detail and our family has had a wonderful time in the spa. Chad has been a very good communicator from build to delivery and Christian kept track of the progress as well.
