What I think?!! Recipient sent me a picture of flowers when received. Arrangement was very pretty! However, not worth the amount if money charged for 6 flowers, one hydrangea head, two roses and three daisies. I live on the UES and am used to paying a more than usual but come on! Someone was laughing that day when they put the charge through!!!!! Gave you 4 stars as arrangement was pretty but will not use again as I feel taken. Thanks for asking for my opinion

Not Happy with your product! What can you do to correct it? I was SHOCKED! when I went to visit my boyfriend at work. I was looking hard to see where his plant was....N I found it in a corner....and was so EMBARRASSED at what I saw! The plant I ordered from you, was a small pot of "Peace" plant. At about 3" Wide by about 4" High. I paid a total of $47.91. Your advertisement/what I originally ordered, was a diffenbachia, 5"High x 6.5 Wide. You didn't have it in stock and you offered me a "Peace" plant in place of it. I Agreed, but I was not informed, that this replacement would be much smaller than what I expected and paid for. I would like you to make this right...and replace it with what I originally wanted w/a larger diffenbachia. My boyfriend is in the same building as you...228 E45th St, 3rd Floor (WSP). Please call me to let me know how you are going to help me. I appreciate any help you can offer. I am a customer who is loyal to businesses who do the right thing for their customers. Beautiful and reliable I was referred to Big Apple florist by a good friend of mine who always has the most beautiful flowers. I had an important luncheon and needed 9 personal bouquets. The arrangements they sent were gorgeous. I received compliments and thanks from all of my guests.

Beautiful arrangements, reasonably priced and great follow up service! A friend recommended Big Apple to me. I walked in after attending a great meeting, chose a beautiful arrangement, wrote two personal notes and they were delivered by the afternoon. I especially appreciated the notice confirming delivery. I would and have recommended them to colleagues and friends alike.
