GBI bought a 44-inch Napoleon 700 series… I bought a 44-inch Napoleon 700 series and the roasting system here at BBQ grills...after making the purchase I decided to review the opinions of previous buyers and I must admit that I was quite concerned about a few negative comments but no longer I could cancel the purchase. I made it on March 20 and waited 72 hours, as they say, to receive the shipping update, which did not happen on the 5th, I sent an email that was not answered, on the 10th, that is, March 30, I called by phone and they immediately answered me. a lady who informed me that that same day all my purchases would leave the warehouse and that's how it was immediately changed the status of the order and the information of the carrier that would deliver my order and on April 11 I received everything in perfect conditions. I had to Call to get my order out but from then on everything was perfect.

GBI placed an order on April 21 I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

GBI ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 2023 I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.

GBBad Service is BBQGrills.coms Specialty Really the worst customer service and lack of response in all my 75 years. Ordered a $1200+ Fuego Grill and it came damaged and noted the box damage on the signed receiver. They initially said they would work with manufacturer but said to file a freight claim nonetheless. I did that and sent all items require to freight company, Fuego Grills and BBQGrills.com. No response from anyone. I called freight company and they indicated it might take 3-4 months to resolve. In the meantime I have a large damaged grill taking up half my garage with no resolution in sight. Frustrated, disappointed and mad. I judge a company on how they handle adversity. BBQGrills.com gets a solid “F”. Good luck with orders you place with a company that has little regard for customer service.

GBOrdered a Napoleon grill from… Ordered a Napoleon grill from BBQGrills.com and the grill arrived timely, in perfect condition and with no issues. As part of my order I was entitled to a free wireless thermometer. When that thermometer became out of stock they let me select a replacement with my choice of any thermometer in their store. Customer service was friendly and responsive.
