I placed an order on April 21 I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

I ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

Love BBQGrills.com Love BBQGrills.com! We are in our 3rd house now, and have used BBQGrills to redo our backyards in each home. Everything from their customer service to their product selection and packing materials have always been flawless! We will use them time and time again.

I bought a Broil King Regal LP gas… I bought a Broil King Regal LP gas grill for our summer home, I had ordered, it was delivered via a shipping company , received with no problems. Installation was a breeze and it’s been cooking like a champ. I did have 1 small issue and the BBQ Grill team took care of it promptly !!! I would definitely buy another product from this company !!!

I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 2023 I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.
