GBGreat plants and customer service Great plants and customer service. I ordered a couple of Redbuds "Forest Pansy" to complete a focal point composition and one arrived with the main lead branch broken. Not PlantingTree's fault, the box was mishandled during shipping. The trees otherwise look good and healthy. I summited my concern regarding the damaged tree through the website and Customer Service immediately replied and processed a replacement to be sent out. I'll definitely be using PlantingTree again. Kurt: Winston-Salem, NC

GBPerfectly Healthy Fig Tree I was skeptical about ordering a small tree through the mail, but I was more than happy with the fig tree from Planting Tree which arrived in perfect condition in a three gallon container. Not only were all branches in perfect shape and all leaves green and healthy, but there are about a dozen small figs and buds in the tree! Can’t wait until Spring!

GBRedbud Tree Order I ordered two Eastern Redbuds, paid for a warranty, and asked that they please choose full, well-shaped trees. They arrived with leaves full of black spots and holes. One's shape was okay, the other was scrawny, with a trunk that wasn't straight, and with a weird, sparse branch pattern that formed a "V" instead of being well spread and full. It was truly pathetic. I called and complained, and they deflected my concerns, telling me the black spots were cosmetic (they looked very much like fungus to me) and that I should wait to see how the tree fills out in spring. I found this absolutely unsatisfactory!

GBBuyer beware!! Buyer beware!!! Do not go to this company! You will lose all your money and never get your products or only partial delivery. The customer service is horrible and they do not care if you didn't receive your product. It doesn't even matter if you have the insurance!!! Buy your plants somewhere else.

GBNonsense customer service and bad quality of plant I got the hydrangea in January when it's in dormant, I cannot verify whether it's in condition or not. So I wait until July and found it's still not active growing, then I get back to PlantingTree, and the customer service said they cannot do anything about it because I didn't plant it in ground based on their policy. First, there is no instruction or rule provided saying I have to plant this 3 gallon hydrangea in ground immediately. Second, how I can plant something in ground without knowing it's still alive?! Third, I don't believe not planting in ground is the reason to this bad quality plants as every plant start from planter. Without any growth, why they need to be in ground? This is nonsense and waste my money and time, I will never purchase anything from this website.
