I received an email notice from Planting Tree re: its delivery. Customer Information on the email had my address as the Billing Address. I simply wanted to confirm that I was not going to be billed for the item. Eileen S and Melissa J responded to my email expeditiously. I only wish Sprint and Cox Cable would be one-tenth as efficient as these two!

Redbud Tree Order I ordered two Eastern Redbuds, paid for a warranty, and asked that they please choose full, well-shaped trees. They arrived with leaves full of black spots and holes. One's shape was okay, the other was scrawny, with a trunk that wasn't straight, and with a weird, sparse branch pattern that formed a "V" instead of being well spread and full. It was truly pathetic. I called and complained, and they deflected my concerns, telling me the black spots were cosmetic (they looked very much like fungus to me) and that I should wait to see how the tree fills out in spring. I found this absolutely unsatisfactory!

Highly Recommended! Experience so far has been awesome - Bare Tree/Branches, Soil Mix and Fertilizer all arrived promptly and well packaged. I planted the tree within an hour of its arrival, following the enclosed instructions meticulously. Only a week later, small multiple bud clusters are beginning to blossom from the lower and middle branches closest to the trunk, so it appears as if the tree is already coming out of hibernation. Since this tree was purchased as a memorial to honor the very recent passing of our loyal, 17 year old family dog, I am hoping beyond belief that this tree continues to flourish. Fingers crossed & many thanks to PlantingTree.com!

Buyer beware!! Buyer beware!!! Do not go to this company! You will lose all your money and never get your products or only partial delivery. The customer service is horrible and they do not care if you didn't receive your product. It doesn't even matter if you have the insurance!!! Buy your plants somewhere else.

Their prices are competitive with local nurseries - and we can get exactly the plant we want from PlantingTree's extensive selection. I highly recommend them! Now on to the backyard...
