ITTotal scam I have purchased their product on Indiegogo when they claimed they already started shipping. It's been two years and I have never received my product, just like thousand of other people (see the comment section of the PICO campaign on Indiegogo). They keep saying they will ship in the next few days, they've been saying it for two years. They also put their product on the market, while us backers never received anyting.

GBNeeds to focus on delivering their current project before moving on Altifarm has made several claims about when their items would ship both to the community and even me personally (they claimed my order would ship within a day but 21 days later there was still no movement). Instead of working on their current problems they are continuing to shill their next projects.

GBThey’ll take your money & not run but also stonewall you Backed their Pico Max two years ago and still received nothing. April 2022 their last “update” on the project was “you don’t have these yet but buy our next thing!” and not a word from them since then despite dozens of comments from frustrated backers. Even projects that are falling apart maintain customer engagement by letting people know what’s going on…Pico doesn’t care about that. Every email I’ve sent is met with “you’re in the queue”. Do better, guys.

PLDO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY This company does not care about its product or you - only your money. I've backed their 'Pico Max' on 5/30/21. I got 'Last call to update your shipping address' on 11/1/21. From that time all you can hear from them are excuses. They started working on a different project (CURA) while they still didn't deliver Pico. Awful experience, do not recommend

MZReplacement stand I just got a replacement stand for my Herbstation. As always, I love this brand and its innovation for my plants and honestly, having so many everywhere in the house with Pico also grounds me mentally. The best therapy session is looking at my plants alive!
