GB2.5 years later and nothing 2.5 years later after ordering multiple pico max. Received 1 but not the 3 other I ordered. I email once a month or so and just keep getting told by Zack “There are delays caused by the sourcing constraints and procurement challenges that we are currently facing. These issues are affecting our ability to acquire raw materials and software, which is impacting the production of batteries in particular. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your order.”

GBNeeds to focus on delivering their current project before moving on Altifarm has made several claims about when their items would ship both to the community and even me personally (they claimed my order would ship within a day but 21 days later there was still no movement). Instead of working on their current problems they are continuing to shill their next projects.

GBThey’ll take your money & not run but also stonewall you Backed their Pico Max two years ago and still received nothing. April 2022 their last “update” on the project was “you don’t have these yet but buy our next thing!” and not a word from them since then despite dozens of comments from frustrated backers. Even projects that are falling apart maintain customer engagement by letting people know what’s going on…Pico doesn’t care about that. Every email I’ve sent is met with “you’re in the queue”. Do better, guys.

GBNo delivery, no accountability I ordered an upgrade in Feb of 2022 and it is now ONE YEAR later and they have not sent anything. I’ve been reaching out regularly to get any sort of update and they either don’t respond at all or say I’m in the queue, I’m on the priority list, I’m going to get tracking because it’ll ship next week and it HASN’T after a whole year!! This entire company is a scam and I could never recommend them to anyone. It’s a different customer service person each time, and none of them could be bothered to actually help.
