Lena was excellent in assisting me with my purchase I do not normally call directly into customer service for this type of on-line purchase. But the web site is not the best or easiest to navigate for some of the items Federal Flags sells. So I called the contact number listed on the web site. I didn't have to wait long before I got through to customer service. Lena was friendly & professional. She answered all of my questions quickly, directed me to the locations on the web site I inquired about and made the experience easy. I completed my purchase through the on-line shopping cart. Do not honor warranty I purchased a 25 ft flagpole in 2019. It comes with a 5yr warranty. Its been a great solid pole for over 4 yrs. Two of my friends actually bought the same pole. The pole snapped and is still within the warranty period. Customer service told me they no longer carry the pole and cant honor the warranty. The pole is still available on the website so not sure why they honor the warranty. I didnt even want a new entire pole. Just the ground pole so i could my flag back up.

Wrong size flag I orderd 2 flags, a USA and USMC, both 3x5 well the USMC was the correct size but the USA wasn't, it measured 2x3. Id really like to get what I orderd a 3x5. Cpl Crawford R USMC

Flags are nice, but next day shipping didn't work out. The flags were good quality and overall what we were expecting. The low rating is due to the fact that I paid for next day air shipping, for an additional $108, and yet only 2 of the five flags that I ordered arrived the next day. The other three flags took 4 days from the date of the order. I have reached out to customer service, but they did not seem like they had a plan to refund any of the shipping fees.
