Lena was excellent in assisting me with my purchase I do not normally call directly into customer service for this type of on-line purchase. But the web site is not the best or easiest to navigate for some of the items Federal Flags sells. So I called the contact number listed on the web site. I didn't have to wait long before I got through to customer service. Lena was friendly & professional. She answered all of my questions quickly, directed me to the locations on the web site I inquired about and made the experience easy. I completed my purchase through the on-line shopping cart. Awesome addition to my landscaping! Once I received my shipment I did as instructed and checked everything for damage and all was perfect. I also read and followed the supplied written instructions plus I watched several YouTube videos on how to install. Other than raising the flagpole itself, the process was easy and I virtually installed it by myself. It certainly looks great if front of my house; I should have installed a flagpole much sooner.

Flags are nice, but next day shipping didn't work out. The flags were good quality and overall what we were expecting. The low rating is due to the fact that I paid for next day air shipping, for an additional $108, and yet only 2 of the five flags that I ordered arrived the next day. The other three flags took 4 days from the date of the order. I have reached out to customer service, but they did not seem like they had a plan to refund any of the shipping fees.

Complete garbage Complete garbage. Purchased an outdoor flag for about $950.00 and it lasted about 4 months. Contacted federal flags and was told that’s about how long they last!!?!!?
