GBTrust and Confidence has been Earned ! I've utilized Equipatron on two separate occasions. Having a touch of "Hesitation" during the initial purchase, I chose to work through one of their representatives over the phone. (I just wanted that "Person to Person" communication so my "To Trust" or "Not to Trust" senses could kick in.) After the initial verbal contact, there were subsequent email communications to confirm the applicability of the chosen equipment. When comfortable, the order was placed over the phone. All of the correspondence and return phone calls were in a professional and timely manner. Purchase Confirmation and Tracking Numbers were provided very quickly. I was taken aback how fast the equipment arrived. Yes, the equipment was exactly as described and performed perfectly. I've used their services yet again, but placed the order and performed the transaction online without Person to Person interaction. The process was very smooth. Order Confirmations, Purchase Receipt and Tracking Numbers were delivered timely to my email address. Once again, the equipment arrived quickly and as expected. Will I purchase again ? Absolutely!

GBDid right by me Was searching Amazon for edger blades when I happen to notice this online retailers name at the bottom of the page. Never heard of them but on a whim searched their catalog and found their price for what i wanted was more than 50% cheaper. Ordered the edger blades and not long after I received them via Fedex. Would order from them if I have another need for garden products. Good job Equipatron.

GBFine print return refusal I purchased two items for my snowblower for future use. I only needed 1 for a soon to be repair but ordered two because this snowblower company went under. I did not open the boxes till spring when I went to summer-ize my blower. Upon opening the box, I realized the parts I received were too long. Apparently there are two sizes... I called the company and was told since it is beyond they're 60 day return span, they would not accept them back for exchange. NO exceptions. It is their "policy". Policies are needed as a guideline but not written in stone. I just want to "exchange" them for the right size. The customer service agent there said he would not honor my request. I guess that is the last time I deal with this company.

GBVery disappointed I chose the product and then found out that there was a problem with the system. This was very poor customer service. Dislike.
