GBFine print return refusal I purchased two items for my snowblower for future use. I only needed 1 for a soon to be repair but ordered two because this snowblower company went under. I did not open the boxes till spring when I went to summer-ize my blower. Upon opening the box, I realized the parts I received were too long. Apparently there are two sizes... I called the company and was told since it is beyond they're 60 day return span, they would not accept them back for exchange. NO exceptions. It is their "policy". Policies are needed as a guideline but not written in stone. I just want to "exchange" them for the right size. The customer service agent there said he would not honor my request. I guess that is the last time I deal with this company.

GBVery disappointed I chose the product and then found out that there was a problem with the system. This was very poor customer service. Dislike.

GBHigh octain with a BANG in your hand with a touch of a button or phone call. Throught a web search I came accross this web sight to find the Best deal not to mention FREE shipping. Gave them a call to make sure the RIGHT item was ordered the First time and my experence was top notch compared to other sights.
