GB2 days ago I’ve called to get more info… 2 days ago I’ve called to get more info about the package and price. The person from the call center kept saying they are the cheapest and the best. They were my first company I’ve called to see what’s they can offer. They kept pushing to buy. Have 2 other people call me less then 1 hour apart the next day trying to pressure me to buy their product. That is NOT how to make a sale.

GBBEWARE DO NOT FALL FOR IT Canceled service on 04/17/24 today is 04/30/24 and haven't received my 371.72 refund Customer service supervisor treat me really rude literally like s that is the reason why I canceled didn't even received any service hired them on 04/11/24

GBPossibly the worst lawn care and… Possibly the worst lawn care and customer service company in existence. Their techs don't treat your entire lawn. Just spray what they always do, even if the chemicals don't treat that particular weed or issue. They will keep sending back and charging without resolving the issue. Do not use

GBI agreed to services for my mother's… I agreed to services for my mother's home. She is out there for hours trying to make her lawn better. When I heard they will spray and put down lime for a reasonable price I was onboard to help. My mother was home, but didn't know if they really put down the lime. Then when I was supposed to get 50% off first treatment, with lime included in my package, I was appalled by receiving a bill for 3x the amount they promised. Wish I saw these reviews before signing up

GBIf I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. Prepaid for 1 year service. Made NUMEROUS calls asking when next treatment would be, as it seemed I was never getting serviced. Every call, I was told there was no record of my previous calls or pleas for help. After year service ended, service was canceled. Without telling me, they put me on a resubscribe list, so I started getting billed for a whole new year. Called to cancel, and confirmed on the phone FIVE times that I had a $0 balance and my subscription was canceled. They are now saying they have no record of my phone calls whatsoever, that my subscription is ongoing, and trying to bill me another $150. Being "fast tracked to speak with a manager" still takes "24-48hrs for a callback". DO NOT START THE SERVICE, YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT OF IT, AND BE IGNORED THE MINUTE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.
