Do not buy your wedding flowers from here! Worst customer service ever. No real remorse for their clients. They will let a bride think her flowers are taken care of for months the 4 days before her wedding day they aren’t fit to be shipped. They then act as though they will send you other flowers in replace and those will magically get lost. Then the bride is left without one of her main flowers 3 days before her wedding and has to call frantically around town looking for flowers. Your wedding is suppose to happy and relaxing and these people made mine a nightmare. Stay far away.

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM I ordered flowers for March 29th, but they were not delivered until April 1st. When I finally received the flowers, they were in terrible condition.

Ordered roses for valentines day Ordered roses for valentines day. Shipped 5 days ahead of valentines day from Ecuador to PA. Arrived at 9:25AM on valentines day dried out and with brown tips. Immediately cut and placed them in water with the packets they were shipped with. Gave them to my wife who was appreciative and said not to worry about it. I was upset by how they looked and assumed she was being nice. I found her that evening cutting them again and throwing out the worst off ones. Embarresed, I tried calling flower explosion, number went to voicemail. Left a voicemail. Sent an email as well as the voicemail cutoff part way through. Following day I get an email saying that the roses were delivered and that if there was a problem, it was because I needed to unpack them immediately, cut them, and put them in water with the packets. Well good news "support" team, that's what I did, here are some time stamped pictures I took at 9:34AM showing just that. Glad I work from home, so they don't have that excuse to use on me... To which they replied, those flowers look fine and reiterated that I needed to cut and put them in a vase with the packets (ignoring that I'd already told them that I did that). Fine. No more argument from me. You think wilted, brown tipped flowers look good? You want to try to blame the customer for a delay in unpacking when the product shipped for 4 days? Sure the 9 minutes from the moment it left my doorstep to when I put it in the vase is when the issue happened. Never again will I order from these guys. Never had a problem with any other online flower shop.

Not worth it, look elsewhere I ordered 4 dozen roses for a graduation ceremony the first part of May. I requested they be here by May 15th. They shipped on May 12th. When I received the tracking information, I emailed the company and told them the tracking info showed a delivery date of May 18th. The graduation ceremony was May 17th. I received an email back telling me that the info was wrong and that the roses would be here on May 15th. May 15th arrived, and I received an email that morning saying that the roses would not arrive until the 18th, blaming it on Mother’s Day orders, FedEx, etc. I emailed them telling them I was disappointed and that the roses would be for nothing at that point. The roses arrived yesterday (late) and after opening both boxes, we only received 3 of the 4 dozen roses that we ordered. I emailed them today to let them know that and I received an email back today with their customer service all but directly calling me a liar. Based on the number of flowers listed on the box, according to them, I can’t possibly have been shorted. So, if you want late flowers and a number less than what you ordered, this is the company to go with. And on top of it all, they’ll tell you you’re a liar.

Excellent Experience. I ordered Premium Roses petals for my daughter's reception and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased! I decorated 25 tables with the petals and then had enough to use them on the cake table, the toasting table and the buffet table with 2 bags unopened. After the reception they were still beautiful (at least 8 hours of being out of the refrigerator) and the bridesmaids all took some home to dry them and use in pomanders and sachets. Had MANY compliments. Thank you for an excellent experience.
