False advertising I ordered my flowers. I got them today and I’m so disappointed they were supposed to manjar And they’re just pink painted on just the three outer petals 😡 Mostly disappointed , this is definitely false advertisement I get that only certain flowers grow all the time so if you don’t have them available, why would you list them on the site? I’m mostly mad because I do flower preservation and I was really hoping to use you guys in the future and I don’t know what to do because I don’t need pink flowers. That’s why I didn’t buy pink flowers but I can’t press this with the paint that you guys put on because it’ll just melt. I wish it would let me add photos, but they painted the outside petals oranges because it was supposed to be a fall brown color - the roses are pink they didn’t even paint more than one layer so it’s just the guard petals that are painted- which are the ones that are beat up that you normally peel off and throw away.

Never buy flowers from this place Never buy flowers from this place! If you want your flowers to arrive at all.. look elsewhere. I ordered 2 dozen roses a full 20 days before Valentine’s Day and was supposed to have them delivered 4 days before actual Valentine’s Day and instead of flowers I received an email saying that the flowers were not coming and my order was cancelled due to a delay in airlines.. I called fed ex international priority direct distribution and they informed me there were no delays. So all Flower Explosion will sell you is lies and disappointment. Do not trust this company if you need your l flowers on time or for any special occasion. They won’t come

Do not buy anything from this company Do not buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind the customer, no customer service. Ordered Easter Roses supposed to be delivered 03/29/2024 wasn’t delivered until 04/01/2024 customs held the delivery, Fed Ex called me , Flower Explosions tried to say it was weather delayed and that was beyond their control, only after they found out I threw the delivery away did they say I could have taken pictures of the flowers and the shipping label and the could have possibly exchanged the product. I told them I’ve three 84.00 dollars away before and would probably throw that away again, but I promised them not with their company, sorry company, sorry customer service. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied. D. Locklear

Worst experience ever with online… Worst experience ever with online flowers! Ordered floral for a wedding and what I got was brown and smashed. Looked nothing like what I ordered! Customer service is a joke! They did nothing to help and would not even call me back! They sent emails after they had closed and made it impossible to communicate in real time! Cost me an extra $200 to find a replacement. Find your flowers elsewhere!
