exactly as described The rug I ordered was exactly as described and pictured. Excellent quality. I did have to call with questions and was happy with the professional and polite service I received.

This was our second rug from Rugs… This was our second rug from Rugs Direct and both went exactly as hoped. Communication from Ordered to Delivered was clear and acurate.

Poor packaging method Our rug arrived on Monday and we immediately unwrapped and unrolled and unfolded the rug. It had big lumps, creases and ridges in it that did not relax within several hours. I contacted Rugs Direct for instructions on how to remedy this problem and was told to reroll the rug and leave it for 7 days. I think that because the company folded the rug before rolling it has made it very uneven. The bumps in the rug stand up about 3-4 inches off the floor We are now on day 4 with the rug rolled (without folds!!). Sure hope this works

Back orders and Returns I’ve had kind of a runaround with returns - first, they don’t share if a product is on back order. So when you place an order, you just get an estimated ship date which could be weeks or even months out. I had to email back and forth to get some back ordered items canceled. Also, their returns site has been down so I’ve been redirected to four different people to get a return done. I like their products a lot but just not sure if it’s worth the inconsistencies with shipping times and return windows.
