The “See it in your own home… great FUN🙏🥰 The “See it in your room or home” feature is most beneficial (and lots of fun!) in selecting the right design and size for each placement and incentivizing to purchase several or many more than originally intended; but increases the satisfaction of the customer (me, lol!) by seeing the beauty your rugs bring into my home which makes living in our home a lot happier, lol. That feature moved me to make the decision to buy several different designs for different Seasons and for different areas of our home, which I would not had considered, with out being able to see the wonderful options. The quality of the rugs is better than expected as is the rug padding. Our friends and neighbors are so struck with the beauty of our home, now, that they all say they are going to do the same. I’ve been forwarding your SMS Promotional Advertisements to them. We definitely recommend Rugs Direct, also, because Customer Service has been impeccable🙏

Best decision ever! I perused the internet obsessively in search of the perfect area rug. The moment I saw this rug I knew it was "the one" The design of this gorgeous rug is quite unique, which adds to the character. The colors are very similar to the photos. They swirl and blend beautifully. Customer service is fantastic, They even uploaded the rug onto photos of my living room for me. 100% satisfied and definitely recommend doing business with Rugs Direct! Quick delivery also.

Poor packaging method Our rug arrived on Monday and we immediately unwrapped and unrolled and unfolded the rug. It had big lumps, creases and ridges in it that did not relax within several hours. I contacted Rugs Direct for instructions on how to remedy this problem and was told to reroll the rug and leave it for 7 days. I think that because the company folded the rug before rolling it has made it very uneven. The bumps in the rug stand up about 3-4 inches off the floor We are now on day 4 with the rug rolled (without folds!!). Sure hope this works

Early delivery The rugs arrived earlier than expected. When you look at them in one direction they look white. But, the other direction you see the colors. Also, the lager rug has some odor that I still smell occasionally, but it's only been a week. But, I do like them. Exactly as I expected.

Ordering was easy and when I contacted… Ordering was easy and when I contacted customer service the following day with a coupon, I had forgotten to use, it was honored. I received the rug earlier than the date expected. The rug is really lovely and looks beautiful in my living room!
