GB“Simple Returns” yeah right So the rug is very white and shiny, plus it looks different from every angle. Due to this we have decide to return the rug. Online it says “Simple returns” however unlike most returns you have to call during business hour to request a return. Then they are supposed to send an email asking if you want someone to pick up the rug ( for a cost) or drop it off at FedEx (also for a cost). However I have not received this email. And therefore cannot begin the return process So “Simple Returns” is more like the most complicated return you will ever experience

GBEarly delivery The rugs arrived earlier than expected. When you look at them in one direction they look white. But, the other direction you see the colors. Also, the lager rug has some odor that I still smell occasionally, but it's only been a week. But, I do like them. Exactly as I expected.

GBThe “See it in your own home… great FUN🙏🥰 The “See it in your room or home” feature is most beneficial (and lots of fun!) in selecting the right design and size for each placement and incentivizing to purchase several or many more than originally intended; but increases the satisfaction of the customer (me, lol!) by seeing the beauty your rugs bring into my home which makes living in our home a lot happier, lol. That feature moved me to make the decision to buy several different designs for different Seasons and for different areas of our home, which I would not had considered, with out being able to see the wonderful options. The quality of the rugs is better than expected as is the rug padding. Our friends and neighbors are so struck with the beauty of our home, now, that they all say they are going to do the same. I’ve been forwarding your SMS Promotional Advertisements to them. We definitely recommend Rugs Direct, also, because Customer Service has been impeccable🙏

GBShould have read entire reviews Our rug arrived a few weeks ago. I had ordered two area rugs for a large room. As soon as they were delivered I unwrapped one and unfolded. I immediately laid it good side down to undo the fold. Let it sit for a few days and then turned it over. Lots of lumps and bumps and never relaxed. I did contacted customer service and followed their directs except for the one to take to a carpet store to have stretched. I have sent photos of bumps that stand about 4” high. Their response was that they would return rug for $70 shipping fee. Not great customer service. Since this was a defective item. Next time will do my due diligence and read all reviews.
