I ordered my first product (Ozone… I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!

I bought an ozone machine a few weeks… I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!). The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy. Porch pirates: 1 Fedex: 1 Airthereal: 10 :-)

True quality products and customer support! I have owned a used their portable ozone machine for about a year now through this pandemic to sanitize our masks and then our shoes. Excellant customer service I haven't run across many companies providing the kind of service Grace at Airthereal gave me, all done by email. She quickly offered several options to rectify a problem with the unit. I chose the replacement option on Dec. 18 which was delivered Dec 24th. Amazing, given the Christmas delivery crunch.
