GBSatisfying experience with the service department After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.

GBCustomer and tech support are fabulous! Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.

GBWe could no longer read the digital… We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier. We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty. Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and follow up.

GBThe products are quality and work well The products are quality and work well. I have multiple ozone generators including the WiFi ones and a portable one for car/fridge. Also the solar for water purification and one for ozonating water for cleaning things. They do well what they are supposed to do, but don’t expect a polished app or apple-level-user experience. However do expect reliability and robustness, that is why I’m giving 5 stars. Although the app needs to get fully translated from Chinese and some bugs cleaned up. The devices are still great at their basic functionality. I’m satisfied.

GBI ordered my first product (Ozone… I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!
