I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame… I purchased the TURBRO Eternal Flame EF23-PB Electric Fireplace Logs, 23" and couldn't be happier. It provides both the extra heat and ambiance I was looking for in the room (and it's a lot quieter than you'd expect!) I love that you can change both the heat and flame level remotely. I highly recommend watching the amazon video describing it too. Really, really recommend this.

The products are quality and work well The products are quality and work well. I have multiple ozone generators including the WiFi ones and a portable one for car/fridge. Also the solar for water purification and one for ozonating water for cleaning things. They do well what they are supposed to do, but don’t expect a polished app or apple-level-user experience. However do expect reliability and robustness, that is why I’m giving 5 stars. Although the app needs to get fully translated from Chinese and some bugs cleaned up. The devices are still great at their basic functionality. I’m satisfied.

The support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

One of the LED display bars went dark… One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.
