One of the LED display bars went dark… One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.

I ordered my first product (Ozone… I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!

The support staff at Airthereal was… The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

Great company, great product We had an airthereal filter for maybe 2 months and the display started doing wonky things where you couldn’t quite read it properly if numbers were higher. We reached out to warranty support and they were super quick to respond and ask all the questions and provide options. I was really pleased with the filter to begin with but knowing customer support is so strong, we like it even more. Thank you!!!
