Extremely helpful customer service This was like ordering through a concierge for floors. Floors are so expensive locally that these prices seemed too good to be true. They weren't we go 1900 sq/ft of LVP shipped to our front door in amazing condition. Jeremy on the customer support end was so efficient and helpful. Can't recommend this team enough

Pick your order up yourself!!! Ordered porcelain pavers from them. Paid 346 extra for 500lb pallet to be delivered to my curb. They do not deliver directly to your residence beware of this fact . Pick the stuff up yourself if they have it in your area and save yourself the headache.

Very helpful Even tho we ended shopping locally, GoHardwood was a lot of help. I love the Home Visualizer, You can get lost for hours looking at what wood flooring samples will look like in your home. You take a picture of inside your home and magically when you pick a sample, it'll show up on your floor. Lot os help when purchasing just the floor samples. Don J.

Highly recommended I had a very good experience with my order from start to finish. First off I ordered a lot of free samples from other vendors, the problem was that they were just a small piece of product, making it difficult to get a good idea of what it would look like, especially with the variation in patterns. Go hardwood sent a whole plank! For $2 it is absolutely worth it. Also shopping around there prices are very competitive (couldn't find a better price). The product was exactly as described and the estimate for wastage were right on. drop shipped right into my garage on a nice pallet right on time.

They were very good about keeping me informed on status of order and were very quick to respond to questions I had for them. The price was great and I was able to go to local warehouse to pick up flooring so shipping was free. I highly recommend Gohardwoods and will certainly use them again if I'm in market for flooring.
