I ordered 950 sq ft of flooring and… I ordered 950 sq ft of flooring and it's been installed for 2 yrs now its really a great product. When I origanaly ordered the flooring i wasnt sure on what to get so i picked one i thought i liked and the owner called me up and explained a few things and gave me a great deal on my flooring. I def recommend this company for all your flooring needs I will use in every house I own

Great quality of hardwood floor also… Great quality of hardwood floor also price is good. Me and my wife we ordered 1100 sf. 8" wide planks engineering floor. Installed bymyself.recommend bostic glue. That glue holds pretty well. I glue down and stapled with flooring gun to new plywood subfloor. Before I chosen my floor I went to few different stores with floor ( floor decor, lumber liquidator; lowes and homedepot) also get some samples from those stores and other websites. So far gohardwood.com gave me the best deal and quality. I been in construction business for many years and I like to put good staff in my house because everything I do I do it bymyself. Highly recommend to everyone who trying to find good deal on market looking for floor.

My floor is beautiful and I’m happy. My floor is beautiful and I’m happy I found go hardwood. We had an initial glitch with the carrier damaging some of the boxes including wood damage. Go Hardwood made this right immediately. On a side note, our floor is maple, immensely beautiful, but scratches rather easily. Next time I’ll go another direction. For now, I’m quite satisfied.

Beautiful java floors We bought java colored engineered wood that interlocks for our entire house. The color was very rich and elegant and it was by far the easiest floor for us to install and we have done several rooms with other brands. Customer service was great thanks to Jeremy who took very good care of us during the ups and downs of this pandemic. He coordinated the delivery dates for us and took care of any questions we had...thanks for everything and we will definitely be back:)

Customer service lacking The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.
