You have alot of nerve asking me to… You have alot of nerve asking me to review a product I still haven't receieved! I have made several attempts to email, chat and call and have had no response. I would like to cancel the order. I will call again today and if no one picks up the phone I am calling AMEX to reverse the payment and investigate your poor business practices. You gave a false shipping tracking # and FEDEX has no record of receiving the product from you to ship. Again, Please cancel order #100041641. The order was placed on 4/22/20.

No response from customer service … My order arrived quickly but 2 vases were broken. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have still received no response.
