Glass cloche The glass cloche arrived safely. However there were a couple very minor blemishes/surface scuffs in the glass and two very small air bubbles also within the glass. I wish that the glass had less ‘waves’ to it as it slightly distorted the item I intended to display under it. Must have to do with the manufacturing of such a large glass cloche (10” dia x 10” tall). Overall I am very pleased with cloche, the shipping and the customer service. I will order again when needed.

I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 … I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 on that shipment because the others were damaged. I called and they resent 12 vases immediately. I received them but 2 were broken. Customer service was great was refunded for the broken vases. All in all I'm please with my purchase but I gave 4 stars only because I think they need to find a better system when shipping glass. It can be frustrating to have to go back and forth trying to get your order replaced

We ordered vases for the centerpieces … We ordered vases for the centerpieces for a wedding my floral stylist was working on. The vases worked perfectly to help create a high and low effect on the 8' long farm tables (that end to end were 32'). Because they are only 4" high, they allow the stylist to create a reaching out effect with greenery too. They looked terrible when they came, super dirty and dusty, but I just put them in the dishwasher and they looked like a totally different product! They were very pretty. I may buy the smaller set, which I should have done when I ordered the large ones as shipping is a tad high. But I wanted just the right look for the bride and her groom!

No response from customer service … My order arrived quickly but 2 vases were broken. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have still received no response.
