I would like to cancel the order. I will call again today and if no one picks up the phone I am calling AMEX to reverse the payment and investigate your poor business practices. You gave a false shipping tracking # and FEDEX has no record of receiving the product from you to ship. Again, Please cancel order #100041641. The order was placed on 4/22/20.

Lovely and Affordable Vase market has lovely and affordable products. I purchased vases for wedding centerpieces. I had some issues with a few of the vases arriving damaged, but their customer service is great and they were able to refund me for the damaged vases and send out new ones. They were very helpful and wanted to put my worries at ease.

This is my second order This is my second order. I ordered wedding glass cylinders this time in varied sizes. I was very skeptical ordering the first time, but the service, quality and value was so good. So with no worries, I ordered again. Everything was packaged for shipping and I will pack it up like it was sent so I can transport it to the wedding without worrying about buying packing tubs. It was one less thing to manage.
