bathroom frames I think my frame should have been thicker as my mirror was so big. It was easy to put together and put up but I felt the price was extremely high for what we got. We ordered samples 2 times to try and match our new home bath vanities. The frames we wanted didn't match our vanities so we went with white.

I presume their frames are nice, but mine never shipped I presume their frames are nice, but then your order would have to actually arrive to find out. I ordered my frame in April when I inquired in May as to its shipping date I was informed that my moulding wouldn't be available until June and would likely ship June 15th. On June 15th I inquired again about the status of my order, this time I was told July 15 or I could select another moulding. I suggested they refund my purchase, which they did promptly enough. Apparently customer service is a lost art at Mirror Mate. Had they alerted me in some way about a problem getting the moulding they sold me and offered an immediate refund or a discount on another moulding for my month-long delay I might not be writing this negative but accurate review. Instead, I was told I could pick another moulding or wait. To say I am disappointed is something of an understatement. This was a remodel project with a deadline. I cannot recommend this company based on performance.

This company cannot be trusted Edited I mentioned in my earlier correspondence that I had sent an email to info@MirrorMate before deciding to order a 2nd time. The email came from my email tahzack. I was fully versed in using a discount code for the first order. I sent the email to inquire about the possibility of another 10% discount if I have mirrormate another order. Mirrormate responded to this request saying they would give 10% on a 2nd order IF I CALLED THE ORDER IN. I have asked mirrormate to review their email log from info@mirrormate to tahzack to see the response they sent me. They obviously did not do this. They made a promise via the email that they did not keep when I called in the 2nd order. The customer service rep was unaware of this and was very rude when I explained this. I am still waiting for mirrormate review their email log in correspondence to tahzack. They either won’t do it or they don’t have past records of their emails. They owe me an apology. This company cannot be trusted. They have a very rude customer service that wants to talk over a customer. They promised via e-mail that they would give. 10% discount a second time if I would order again. This promise was made via e-mail. However the customer service said they would not honor it. She was abrasive. Not again with them. Good luck.

Updating our 70’s bathroom was so exciting!!! Updating our 70’s bathroom was completed with the finishing touch provided by MirrorMate. With the help of the decorator we chose the style that was perfect. After much hesitation we ordered this large oversized frame and trusted them to cut it to fit. We absolutely love this addition to our bathroom. Installation went very smooth——just like they told us it would. Tynetta was very helpful and professional in the ordering pricess.

Drab to Fab Bathroom Love how my new MirrorMate took a bathroom mirror from drab to fab. I searched for a mirror to replace what’s in bathroom during a remodel but wasn’t having luck finding the perfect thing for a 22” wide and 41” high space. I was worried about extensive drywall repair if I pulled mirror off. That’s when I stumbled upon MirrorMate. After narrowing down my choice to two, I emailed designer for advice and heard back within 24 hours. I ordered and mirror was sent off quicker than I expected. It’s perfect for my newly re-done bathroom!
