Had to coordinate with multiple … Had to coordinate with multiple individuals, as apposed to one project manager, to get the complete job done. There was also some lack of subcontractor communications with customer, times when job to be accomplished or when they were going to arrive late. In the end, the new kitchen and dinning room is beautiful and more functional than before thanks to the help of Ronda, Cecil and Kristin.

Very happy We had original 15 year old carpet in the living/dining room and original linoleum in the kitchen, laundry room, powder room and master bath removed and replaced with beautiful CoreTec Plus luxury vinyl plank. The installers were amazing and had everything completed in 1.5 days. One of the installers stayed until 9:05 PM on the first day getting all of the CoreTec installed. On the second day, all of the baseboards, 1/4-round molding and thresholds were installed and the job completed. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Carpet One again.

Camano Island Beach House Alissa's input in the design process was extremely helpful. She listened to our design plans and offered helpful ideas and suggestions. We went through several challenges dealing with the kitchen granite and Alissa was instrumental in getting exactly what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely work with Mount Vernon Carpet One and Alissa on future projects!

The employees of Mount Vernon carpet… The employees of Mount Vernon carpet one, were amazing! They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! We will definitely be using them again when it's time to update our upstairs carpeting and molding! Thank you Morgan and everyone at Carpet one for making our experience so wonderful! We LOVE our floors!

Poor workmanship, destroyed our kitchen Carpet one's installers did a very poor job to the point that the work needs to be done and the product replaced. Carpet one's response: "not our problem".
