I purchased a picture light and in… I purchased a picture light and in moving from one house to another I lost the transformer. Gabriel from Cocoweb called me right back and personally took a replacement transformer to the UPS for overnight delivery to my new home, as Cocoweb's deliveries had already left for the day. The transformer arrived early the next morning, and just in time for the electrician who was scheduled to come and fix some electrical issues in my new home. Thanks to Gabriel I did not have to pay for another electrician visit because the transformer was there waiting for my electrician to use in reinstalling the picture light. Fantastic customer service!! Very pleased!!
