Received a UPS scam phishing email from… Received a UPS scam phishing email from Waysidegardens.com stating that I have to pay a $1.95 to receive a package. We didn't order anything from this sham company, it's an obvious scam and people should be wary of receiving these types of emails. If you need verification you should contact UPS directly and not through any scam or third party websites.

I did not think a garden center could… I did not think a garden center could open a landfill behind their building. They are pushing over trees and burying them and their construction debris back there. It’s outrageous. I’m sure a normal residence could not do that. 7 days a week in the summer from sunup to sundown. Imagine the money he’s putting in his pocket , with his disregard for the environment. Don’t go there or hire them. Your trash well be buried behind the building !!

Do not order from this company.... I have ordered from other mail order garden supply stores and this was absolutely the worst experience. Plant packaged poorly, 3 arrived dead, one badly broken and with mildew. Another died during the summer. Out of 10 plants ordered, only a Hibiscus Purple Pillar seems to be doing okay. When I called to request replacement or refund, they were very uncooperative and pretended not to understand what I was requesting. This spring will tell whether any of their plants survived our relatively mild winter here in the Chicago area. Awful product, horrible customer service. Never again. Stay away.

I can’t wait to see it! Always wonderful service, delivered on schedule and in fantastic shape. The Astilbe 'Veronica Klose' False Spirea I ordered last year is now in a bed on my allotment, ready for spring color, and I'm excited to put the new orders in my garden later today
