Terrible product Terrible product! I am an experienced and avid gardener. Ordered 3 bareroot roses which did not survive. They appeared unhealthy/weak upon receipt. Wayside did not offer a replacement past 90 days and I was under the impression with customer service that the guarantee was for one year. No money refunded. Will not be doing business with this company again.

It was awesome Following them on Instagram has been one of the best decisions I've made for my gardening journey. Their posts are like a breath of fresh air, infusing my feed with beauty and positivity. I've learned so many valuable tips and tricks from their expert team, and my garden has flourished as a result.

A few (2) instances where 2 out 3… A few (2) instances where 2 out 3 plants of same type arrived near/were dead, an instance where plants never appeared/ broke the surface ( phlox ) and (canna), and an order which was available when ordered, was out of stock when time to ship. 3 stars overall was generous assessment.

My Strawberry Vanilla Hydrangeas… My Strawberry Vanilla Hydrangeas arrived in perfect condition. I don't think I've ever ordered plants online that were packaged as nicely as these were. They were fully protected, and the soil was still moist even though they were shipped to me across the country. The leaves were upright, no wilting, and the plants were larger than I imagined. Thank you Wayside Gardens, I look forward to seeing them planted in my yard, and blooming.

Great prices, but.... ordered 2 different plant collections for pots. One arrived when expected and was exactly as described. Plants doing very well! second collection had wrong plants and not potted as stated in description. They reordered the collection for me, waited 10 days and due to a late truck somewhere along the way, they sat in a warehouse somewhere and cooked over the weekend. Plants still not right and was able to get prompt refund. 6 other individual plants took forever to arrive and quality was marginal on some. Don't understand why ship dates for my area were so late. But the prices were really good compared to other companies!
