Never had a doubt I've been buying seeds from them for years, and I've never been disappointed. Their variety is extensive, and the quality of their plants is top-notch. Every seed I've planted has germinated beautifully, and their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend it to all fellow gardeners!

Terrible product Terrible product! I am an experienced and avid gardener. Ordered 3 bareroot roses which did not survive. They appeared unhealthy/weak upon receipt. Wayside did not offer a replacement past 90 days and I was under the impression with customer service that the guarantee was for one year. No money refunded. Will not be doing business with this company again.

I did not think a garden center could… I did not think a garden center could open a landfill behind their building. They are pushing over trees and burying them and their construction debris back there. It’s outrageous. I’m sure a normal residence could not do that. 7 days a week in the summer from sunup to sundown. Imagine the money he’s putting in his pocket , with his disregard for the environment. Don’t go there or hire them. Your trash well be buried behind the building !!

Wayside Gardens’ products are predictably healthy and garden ready. Wayside Gardens’ products always arrive at my door in good condition. Even in hot weather after transport across half the country all the plants need is a little fresh air and a drink of water. Their quality meets or exceeds that of any local nursery.

No updates, 1/2 of the plants did not survive No shipping updates, even after an email inquiry; The order was split into two deliveries, and two charges. The first delivery was almost dead on arrival, the second is holding on. My mother in law felt bad about telling me this gift had died, or I would have contacted Wayside. She tried very hard to save the plants, but they didn't live. Sadly, of course, it was the more expensive part of the order. I just think I wouldn't order again given that, and the lack of communication after purchase.
