GBHorrible customer service- scam Wrong item delivered and not on time (I paid for expedited shipping- almost 2 weeks). Customer service was horrible and they blamed error on postal service telling me that the postal service would have to handle the return and shipping would not be refunded. Now stuck with a cheap dress that I way overpaid for that I didn’t want

GBDon't use, hopeless support, faulty product. I thought Shelly were meant to be a good company, how wrong I was. I have a plug, that took 4 times longer to deliver than they said it would, that randomly turns itself off. Support is hopeless, will take this up with PayPal to try to get a refund. Steer clear of this company.

GBMisrepresentation of shipping time and item Misreprentation on website of shipping time, terrible customer service: I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Never received shipment info or tracking info until I requested it multiple times. When received, they didn’t send it in the expedited manner, so it did not arrive in the 5-7 business days that there’re website stated, it arrived on the 13th business day, which was after the date of the event planning which it was purchased for. Also, replies to my customer service requests were slow and did not answer the questions asked. When dress arrived late it was very poor quality AND WAS A ROMPER NOT A DRESS. I have requested a refund WHICH WILL PROBABLY GET IGNORED.

GBWhat has happened to Shelly support? What has happened to Shelly customer support? I have had good support in the past, but now I have a case opened for over 5 weeks and no resolution. No feedback since I replied over 2 weeks ago. My device shows a temperature of over 60degrees Celsius (inside my house!) and eats through batteries. They delete most posts on their support facebook page so clearly have no intention of solving my issue.

FRItem show up as "in stock" but no Item show up as "in stock" but no, so you order them. Then you get the amount removed from your account, but they don't send it without any warning that there was no stock or anything. It seems the management of stock is extremely poor and the communication is also lagging. I cancelled my order and got the refund and also a mesage that the item would be in stock 2 months later.
