PTPractice with 20 devices one year ago I installed a system of 20 devices on two floors of the house to control the electric curtains. As a result, 4 devices are broken, others spontaneously open at night or when you are on vacation.. The idea is good, but the poor quality of implementation needs to be improved.

FRParts still not available three months later my order I've ordered directly from the Shelly europe website in mid January. The money was taken from my bank account two days later, but today, more than three months later, I'm still waiting for my order. Answer receive from the Shelly customer service : some parts are still missing... sorry.

GRVERY BAD , Delivery does not exist! VERY BAD I bought two products, and never came . After one month of waiting and contacts via email with "customer services " which suggest to make my own investigation that where are them, i dispute the payment on paypal .Thanks god that i was paid with paypal and not other way. I suggest .READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUY!!!

FRItem show up as "in stock" but no Item show up as "in stock" but no, so you order them. Then you get the amount removed from your account, but they don't send it without any warning that there was no stock or anything. It seems the management of stock is extremely poor and the communication is also lagging. I cancelled my order and got the refund and also a mesage that the item would be in stock 2 months later.

GBVery very poor non existent service Very very poor. I cannot recommend. The actual product they produce and sell is very good however the purchase experience via their store is as bad as it gets. As a trial I originally bought their product via shellystore in UK and was so impressed with their product I thought Id go direct for a second purchase. Wrong choice. Bad idea. Zero communications even though I raised tickets to track what had happened to my order as they had received payment but did not send anything or communicate anything. Even though I requested order via DHL to expedite delivery. The moral is if you want to buy their product do not buy it direct from them. Buy it from a trusted reseller. I really dont know how they operate and make a profit based on this type pf customer approach. Maybe they treat their retail customers poorly in Bulgaria focussing on wholsale/reselling? Either way, steer clear from their online store.
