GBThey say they want to hire someone for… They say they want to hire someone for a job but yet are so picky and unprofessional. Why don't you just say you're not hiring. No one wants to sit in an interview with you while you (the interviewers) sit with your legs spread, play on your phones, and ask hardly anything. You know nothing as a growing company, especially in this landscape.

GBNot Great Technology or Service During formation of the corporation, an automated email was sent that required followup. I responded to the email, but their service team replied that an automated email was sent regarding this, not realizing that I had already responded to it. Then after formation, their website had errors when filling out the BOI form, but they were saying to reach out to another company regarding this, even though the error was on their website. Overall their website looks like and functions like it was created 25 years ago, not the best experience.

Hydrobottle is a scam company based in China who rips off Americans and uses Harward Business Services address in Delaware to fool people.

I had a great experience throughout working with DelawareInc.com - A deciding factor for me was the combination of their online presence and customer support guiding me through the process and answering questions fast and accurately. I had an outstanding experience with Brett who I'd recommend to my friends; hands down. I hope to work with him again for the next company I want to incorporate, although he answered all questions so thoroughly that I fear I might not need his help again.
