They also have one of the lowest prices that I've seen! All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is trying to incorporate their business. The prices are reasonable and they get the job done quickly.

Not Great Technology or Service During formation of the corporation, an automated email was sent that required followup. I responded to the email, but their service team replied that an automated email was sent regarding this, not realizing that I had already responded to it. Then after formation, their website had errors when filling out the BOI form, but they were saying to reach out to another company regarding this, even though the error was on their website. Overall their website looks like and functions like it was created 25 years ago, not the best experience.

Excellent Service Harvard once again responded expediently to form my new company (in a matter of days). As well, I take comfort in knowing that they will be equally responsive to any needs that I may have.
