I am extremely sad to write this… I am extremely sad to write this review. Especially since I noticed they have a lot of good reviews and have treated fairly and very well several customers. Unfortunately we happen not to be on the lucky list. We incorporated with them and paid for the full package , one in which they claim to offer lifetime support. Well the support ceased after less than a year. We expected far better service of them. The customer service representatives were not helpful and dismissive . This is our honest opinion

Live Chat feature solved my questions I had some questions the first time I tried to fill the form, and considering I'm creating a company, I didn't want to mess it up or get in trouble later. So maybe I would've appreciated a more extended explanation or a link to a blog about specific questions on the form. However, when I tried it again, I just used the live chat feature, and all my problems were resolved right away. I know I won't need to research any other suppliers if they keep this kind of service quality. All thumbs up.
