Great Service! After a weekend spent comparing registered agents in DE I chose Harvard Business Services. So far, I am very happy with their Services. Also e-mails are answered very quickly. Staff is very friendly as well. I can definitely recommend them.

They say they want to hire someone for… They say they want to hire someone for a job but yet are so picky and unprofessional. Why don't you just say you're not hiring. No one wants to sit in an interview with you while you (the interviewers) sit with your legs spread, play on your phones, and ask hardly anything. You know nothing as a growing company, especially in this landscape.

EXCELLENT SERVICE My Rating is 5 stars!!! Extremely helpful especially through the Live Chat (Brett, Justin and Alexis). They can answer questions about company formations in Delaware on multiple levels and they know it all as they have been doing this for 30+ years. Their communication with client is also excellent as they will remind you through email on what you need to do keep your company in-check with the state you registered in.
