GBJust like the pictures Ordering with a credit card was simple just like anything else, Their price was a little lower than most places online. The company called to confirm shipping and called again to make sure everything arrived and was undamaged. Installation instructions were easy but you didn't even need them because it was just 4 bolts.

GBThe plaque with house number with… The plaque with house number with street address is simply exquisite. The solar lights (that lights up the plaque at nights) is exceptional. The products are second to none--so much so that the mailbox installer asked me to send him the link to where I made my purchases. I was happy to forward the Budget Mailbox link to him. All he does is mailbox installation and he says lots of his clients would like to buy the plaques and lights. It stands out and is very expensive looking despite the affordable prize. I'm more than pleased with my purchase.

GBThe mailbox post I wanted… Pretty much the mailbox post I wanted and purchased to replace a similar post that had been damaged. Easy to order and arrived quite quickly, within the same week (I think I ordered Fri/Sat and had it before the end of the week). The post came in a long, thin, box. I bought a new mailbox Saturday morning, assembled (simple) everything by myself, and mailbox and post were vertical and secured in ~75 minutes. I like the additional decorative attachments beyond the simple cross bars. Quite happy with the post and final result.

GBJumping through the refund approval hoops Ordered and received product in July. It turned out, we didn't need it. We have never opened it. It's now September and we are still going through the extremely extensive process of trying to get a less than $15 refund for the unused product. It's as if the seller creates an intentional obstacle to avoid providing a refund to the customer. This type of customer service is almost unheard of in 2023. Company owners and management should "wake up" as this type of customer service and requiring customers to go through a refund approval process is not sustainable for a successful, forward-thinking company. I can only suspect that it's either a family business that was passed on to another generation of people with no business training or given the fact that they have a relatively captive customer base as they sell hard to find products, they are able to employ these types of business practices and remain in business. I'm not upset as it's not much money but I do feel compelled to give feedback to whoever reads these reviews at the company - you can do better. Pick up ANY business magazine or book at any airport bookstore and you will see how to do it right (or simply look at how any other business operates). On a positive note, the guy on the phone was pleasant.
