GBMailbox came as expected Mailbox came as expected with good packaging to prevent damage. Delivered a bit quicker than expected, which we appreciated, as the old mailbox needed quick replacement. Our order included creation of custom address plates for the side of the mailbox, and this was done correctly. All in all everything went very well. Would use them again.

GBCant't beat the price and quality We needed to replace our mailbox after having ours ran over. This was almost identical to the one we had and all of our neighbors'. The first one I found similar to ours was over $600. This one saved us a couple hundred dollars and looks just as good! Highly recommend!

GBJumping through the refund approval hoops Ordered and received product in July. It turned out, we didn't need it. We have never opened it. It's now September and we are still going through the extremely extensive process of trying to get a less than $15 refund for the unused product. It's as if the seller creates an intentional obstacle to avoid providing a refund to the customer. This type of customer service is almost unheard of in 2023. Company owners and management should "wake up" as this type of customer service and requiring customers to go through a refund approval process is not sustainable for a successful, forward-thinking company. I can only suspect that it's either a family business that was passed on to another generation of people with no business training or given the fact that they have a relatively captive customer base as they sell hard to find products, they are able to employ these types of business practices and remain in business. I'm not upset as it's not much money but I do feel compelled to give feedback to whoever reads these reviews at the company - you can do better. Pick up ANY business magazine or book at any airport bookstore and you will see how to do it right (or simply look at how any other business operates). On a positive note, the guy on the phone was pleasant.

GBMissing hardware- beautiful mailbox Love the look and quality of this mailbox. The mounting hardware for the address plaques were not in a sealed bag and some of the hardware was loose in the shipping box and some was missing. Missing hardware made assembly difficult.

GBFantastic experience Fantastic experience! From the information on the website to the customer service rep who was very friendly and answered all of my questions to the easy ordering process to delivery and easy install instructions (for those who have some level of handyman skills) - also a call prior to delivery to confirm details and a call after delivery to check on us - every step of the way I felt supported in being in charge of something new for our HOA. It is an experience rare from a large company today. I really appreciated it so much. Thanks to everyone at Budget Mailboxes!!
