My order was unable to be fulfilled due… My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

Glocusent Model 12 Is A Winner! Their product is well made-the clip is steel with a strong spring & wide foot for a good grip. The lamp has 3 color modes, 5 intensity settings & a 30 minute timer. The gooseneck is really sturdy & holds adjustment well. Customer service is all you could ask for. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I got flashlight for free I ordered flashlight in Poland and was waining for delivery. In 1 day shop texted me they do not have flashlight i chose in stock lin Poland so i need to wait 1+ month or request moneyback. I asked which one they have in stock to change but didn't get an answer in time so i decided to request moneyback. To my surprise i got moneyback and shop decided to send me another model of flashlight for free. And this model is totally covers my need. Thank you.

MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!! Ordered a book light via Amazon where I searched under Made in America. Checked the company, they are located in the US and saw no reference in the information about the company that their products are MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!! This is a no go for me. Glocusent how about some "cradle to grave" transparency!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service and amazing… Amazing customer service and amazing light. I ordered two lights for my kids. They were lost in the mail and Glocusent responded and mailed replacements promptly. My kids love them. They work great and are well made. I highly recommend!
