Exceptional customer service and cool product! Had an issue with a reading light that i purchased via Amazon where the in-line controls would not work after switching the lamp on. I was able to find Glocusent's website and filled our their Support form late one evening, i got a response within minutes seeking my address, amazon order details and confirmation that a replacement would be sent out. Issy at Glocusent kept me updated every step of the way and sent shipping confirmation once the replacement was posted. I am staggered at the exceptional customer service. The communication, willingness to put this right very quickly and follow up to check i received the item are unparalleled. Thank you Issy and Glocusent team. Amazing customer service and amazing… Amazing customer service and amazing light. I ordered two lights for my kids. They were lost in the mail and Glocusent responded and mailed replacements promptly. My kids love them. They work great and are well made. I highly recommend!

LOVE features and quality of this light! Being rechargeable and the feature to vary not only the level of light but also the type of light (bright vs two other types) make this product OUTSTANDING! It is a little slippery on your neck with no collar if you are moving but very helpful for reading, sewing, etc where light is not optimum. The company also stands behind their product's performance like few these days.

Excellent service I contacted them through email as I was having trouble with my neck light flickering, I wanted to know if it was possible to replace bulbs. They contacted me promptly and asked for a video and my address, unfortunately the light had completely failed when I tried to switch it, I contacted them again to explain, they just asked for my address and said they'd send a replacement. I can not fault the service I would definitely recommend and will definitely use in the future. Excellent service.
