Rich was very proactive and called me the same day I placed my order to let me know when the locks would be coming in and assured they would be shipped promptly. Impressed all around. Once I had completed my online order, I immediately received an email direct from a sales associate letting me know the order could have a 3 to 4-week delay from the factory, so I was very surprised to receive my order in just 2 and 1/2 weeks, this to me was great communication. The lock mech is well built, has Heavy-duty hardware, and nothing is marked "made in China". Can't wait to get it installed.
