It was easy to order from your website It was easy to order from your website. The only complaint I had was no tracking number. Every time I tried to click on the tracking information I was told that the order number and tracking number did not exist. I thought I was scammed and was not getting the vacuum. The communication with you was good later but we need more confident communication and tracking information right after ordering.

Great Customer Support, with great products I have owned more than 30 products from AiDot. I like how it combined products from that many brands into one single app, making my life easier when I need to manage them. Most of them worked perfectly as expected, even sometimes some of them stopped working as expected customer support is very helpful and solves all of the issues I had with the device. AiDot also develop new product every once a while so I'm able to find the product that best fits me as there is a vast amount of choice I can choose from

Excellent company, I can't find a complaint Excellent company. I own 7 cameras from them and the AI DOT app even works online or with some tinkering you can install it on your win 11 laptop. Besides there focous being mostly on personal home security and awesome gadgets. And not a ton of enterprise stuff there a perfect company. I can safely say after 5 months of use that they are a billion times better and more secure than any wyze cam you buy. You can't even decrypt your own sd card. But you can record from the app to an unencrypted mp4. So nobody but the account holder can view anything. They even invented there own format for video files datetime.cvideo I'm a hacker and tinkering kinda person. They use top notch security. Nobody besides you and who you share yohr account with csn see those cameras. Can't wait to own a actually house so I csn try out there leaf blowers and power tools. California doesn't have much grass ahah

I ordered a 4pk of bulbs and 2… I ordered a 4pk of bulbs and 2 different cameras When the package arrived, there were no cameras. I contacted Aidot 2 different times via email, and got no satisfaction.

Poor Business Practices Got my order, neither Light worked (Set of 2). Took forever to get a reply from Customer service on multiple occasions. Was promised a new set even after I just stated due to the Long period of waiting for responses and still no resolution as a Refund has yet to show up in my account nor have I received the complimentary set even after paying to return the broke set. As stated I'm still awaiting responses and my refund.
