It was easy to order from your website It was easy to order from your website. The only complaint I had was no tracking number. Every time I tried to click on the tracking information I was told that the order number and tracking number did not exist. I thought I was scammed and was not getting the vacuum. The communication with you was good later but we need more confident communication and tracking information right after ordering.

I Placed an Order - Never Received I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either. I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded. I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.

Great Set of Solar Lights… I was interested in a set of solar lighting for the front of my home and the AiDot set interested me. I have a set of lights made by them in my house and they are excellent. I am loyal to a brand when a brand has quality and value along with great service. These outdoor lights haven’t disappointed me!

Excellent company, I can't find a complaint Excellent company. I own 7 cameras from them and the AI DOT app even works online or with some tinkering you can install it on your win 11 laptop. Besides there focous being mostly on personal home security and awesome gadgets. And not a ton of enterprise stuff there a perfect company. I can safely say after 5 months of use that they are a billion times better and more secure than any wyze cam you buy. You can't even decrypt your own sd card. But you can record from the app to an unencrypted mp4. So nobody but the account holder can view anything. They even invented there own format for video files datetime.cvideo I'm a hacker and tinkering kinda person. They use top notch security. Nobody besides you and who you share yohr account with csn see those cameras. Can't wait to own a actually house so I csn try out there leaf blowers and power tools. California doesn't have much grass ahah
